Thank you for choosing Raspberry Moon. We do our best to offer you exceptional service. To help me maintain our high level of service to all of my clients, please follow the guidelines listed below.

Late Policy 

I understand that things can happen and traffic can be a bear at times. I will do my best to fit in your entire appointment if it doesn't cause me to run late with my next client. However, if I have to shorten your appointment, you will be charged the entire amount. for the service booked. Feel free to arrive a few minutes early so you can take a deep breath and get ready to relax.

Cancellation Policy

I have set time aside specifically for you. Should you need to reschedule for any reason please do so 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you are responsible for your service. You will be sent an invoice for your service. This will need to be paid before another service can be performed. If I am able to replace the appointment with a client on my waitlist I will be happy to waive the fee. 

No Show Policy

Please don't make me worry about you by not showing your appointment. If you don't show up I will think the worst. Plus I don't like to but I will have to charge you for your missed appointment. So please show up for your appointment. Everyone being respectful of people's time is the best policy.

Appointments

I am generally open Tuesday through Friday and am available by appointment only. I do not have a receptionist so I can’t always stop and help someone who is just stopping in. If you do stop by please have a seat and I will be with you as soon as we can.

Prime appointment slots (for example, 5pm) fill up weeks in advance. The more flexible your schedule, the quicker I will be able to book you for service.
